Please note – cases that require in-person examination by a practitioner will entitle the patient to a refund of any charge for the appointment unless the patient would prefer a practitioner home visit with a cost of $95. A $35 telemedicine visit is charged with a consult greater than 10 minutes with a practitioner.
No-shows/Cancellations
Patients who cannot keep their appointment must cancel or reschedule the appointment. To cancel/reschedule, call EZhome Clinic Helpline (281) 713-5597.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
In some cases we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to ensure patients get the proper care they need. Once we cancel or reschedule the appointment, no change fee will be charged to the patient.
Do I need health insurance?
No, you do not require health insurance.
We accept patients with and without insurance.
Costs are $35 for a Telemedicine visit and $95 for a house/ home visit.

How can I pay for the visit?
We accept credit and debit cards, Cashapp, Zelle, and Venmo. No checks.

Can you order lab tests for me?
Yes. Once your provider determines that a lab test will be of benefit to your care, they will order the needed lab test(s). The lab order will be sent to a Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp near you electronically. You will visit your chosen location, have your lab test(s) run, and the result would be sent to you from our EZhome Clinic Healthcare Charm portal within 3-5 business days.
Can you fill my prescription?
Our providers can fill many routine non-controlled prescriptions such as antibiotics, birth control, hypertension medications, and antipsychotics. Since we are a telemedicine company, we cannot prescribe or refill controlled substances. Some of the frequently requested medicines that we are NOT able to fill include the following:
Weight loss: Qsymia, Belviq, Phentermine, Desoxyn, Suprenza
Pain/narcotics: Morphine, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Vicodin, Tramadol, Percocet, Demerol, Methadone, Dilaudid
Sleep: Ambien, Valium, Lunesta, zolpidem, Luminal, phenobarbital
Antipsychotics: Risperdol, Halidol, Latuda, Zyprexa, olanzapine
Anxiety: Ativan, lorazepam, Xanax, alprazolam, Klonopin, clonazepam, Restoril, Halcion, diazepam, other benzodiazepines
ADD/ADHD: Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, Concerta, amphetamine, methylphenidate, Focalin
Misc: Fioricet, cough syrup with Codeine, Suboxone
